Job Description
The Engineering & Maintenance Manager will work with the Maintenance and Engineering Teams to develop, manage, and lead a world-class maintenance organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and controlling maintenance budgets and capital expenditures
- Managing preventive maintenance programs and ensuring repairs are completed on time
- Ensuring environmental compliance of plant equipment and systems
- Directing and managing the maintenance department and its resources
- Providing sound communication between the maintenance team and engineering team, and with internal customers
- Ensuring adequate training of maintenance team members and conducting performance evaluations
