From your PASSION to ours
The Plant Engineering Manager is responsible for leading capital projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives at our facility. This role will serve as the key liaison between our Shared Services Engineering Team and the local maintenance team, ensuring that engineering projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in industrial engineering within the food or dairy industry, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Management of projects and capital expenditure
- Co-ordinate key projects
- Define work objectives and schedules
- Lead project teams
- Formalise and present the project teams’ propositions
- Participate in the implementation of the propositions chosen
Technical
- Anticipate needs, decide on priorities and adjust means and resources
- Analyse failures, results and indicators in order to propose, prioritise and carry out action plans
- Actively participate in drawing up, implementing and monitoring capital expenditure plans in the short and long term
- Manage and/or validate the various stages of projects for new installations, from the design stage to approval
- Lead the technical and organisational watch and analyse possible implementation applications
- Participate in assessing suppliers
- Ensure that the document base is kept up to date
Management
- Maintenance Support & Reliability: Partner with the local maintenance team to improve plant reliability, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive proactive maintenance strategies.
- Work closely with the Shared Services Engineering Team to align on engineering standards, project priorities, and implementation strategies.
From your STORY to ours
Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field preferred.
- 5 to 10 years in industrial maintenance, including some managerial responsibility
- Food Manufacturing experience is required / Dairy experience preferred
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance specialist areas, management control, quality, health and safety, environment
- Experience in Process industry maintenance, line management, budget management, CMMS, office systems, organizing, planning, control, anticipating

Salary : $105,000 - $145,000
