About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team in Tulare, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall food safety and quality systems at our plant comply with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality management systems, including HACCP and FSSC 22000 programs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities, including training, audits, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in quality assurance or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, and US food regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
