From your PASSION to ours
Reporting to RSPC Supervisor(s), the RSPC Resource's main responsibility is to cover vacation, sick and open positions in the RSPC department. It includes Intake operator, raw room operator, UF operator and Vat grated cheese operator and whey RO operator.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Must be able to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of the RSPC process including but not limited to, intake, culture raw room, Ultrafiltration, vats grated cheese, whey reverse osmosis operations, daily and master sanitation of work area and completion of all other duties as required.
- Must be able to work with main dairy process equipment like HTSTs, separators, clarifier, RO, UF, homogenizers.
- Provide coverage and team support for vacancies, meetings, cross-training, and or work on projects.
- Strong ability to learn multiple jobs.
- Assist with period cleaning, downtime, TPM, Master Sanitation and other production needs including emergency situations.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate and passdown business information.
- Follow TAP process to complete training requirements.
- Complete failure analysis including root cause and corrective action.
- Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting and support maintenance when needed.
- Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standards as outlined in the plant's QRMP accountability document, including the implementation, improvement and ongoing maintenance.
- Adhere to all requirements and process changes related to our Daily Management Systems implementation.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must work in a safe, sanitary and productive manner in accordance with LHD GMP's.
- Documented job performance work record and attendance record to be reviewed.
- Specialized training or licenses relevant to job.
- Good business participation (i.e. Level 1, safety, process improvement)
- Performed similar positions in the past.
- Must obtain pasteurizer license and sampler and weigher license within 6 month of employment.
