From your PASSION to ours
The Operator I Palletizer will be responsible for placing packaged and boxed products onto the pallet and maintain an accurate count of boxes. Ensures that each box contains the correct labeling, coding, and other box markings. Assumes the responsibility for the operational flow of the line. Adheres to all policies and procedures.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include :
- Stacks finished product neatly on pallets.
- Affixes boxes to pallets with shrink wrap so pallet may be moved by forklift drivers.
- Ensures labeling is correct and legibly displayed and completes the finished goods sheet.
- Interact with associates to maintain efficient process flow.
- Maintain open line of communication with all the line workers and supervisor.
- Perform sanitation duties as assigned.
- Report problems and / or concerns to the on-duty supervisor
- Attend departmental meetings and training as assigned.
- Apply the safety rules and ensure they are implemented and followed.
- Take necessary measures if people are performing unsafe acts or are in an unsafe environment.
