Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with a variety of tasks
- Effectively process orders by communicating with in-house teams
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Quality control of master files prior to delivery
- Assist in delivery of digital materials
- Provide customer assistance via email and phone
- Adapt to seasonal workflow changes
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Driven to provide exceptional customer service and prompt follow-up
- 2 years' experience in a similar or related industry
- High level of concentration and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Proven ability to verbally engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High level problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize daily tasks
