Lad Lake is a COA accredited, nonprofit, independent organization serving kids and families from across the state. We work with 1,200 youth and their families through evidence-based, trauma-informed programs at three Southeastern Wisconsin campuses. The ideal candidate has experience in youth services, crisis management, and trauma-informed care. You should be a strong communicator, able to build positive relationships with youth and staff, and skilled in de-escalation strategies.

What a Day in the Life of a Campus Supervisor Looks Like:
- Engage with youth to build trust, provide guidance, and ensure safety in a trauma-informed manner.
- Respond to crisis situations, utilizing non-violent intervention and de-escalation techniques.
- Serves as an extension of management to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor and maintain security across the campus, including responding to alarms and emergencies.
- Track and document daily campus activities, vehicle usage, and incident reports.
- Support caregivers by coaching and mentoring them in best practices for youth care.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation, including incident reports and missing persons’ reports.
- Collaborate with supervisors and staff to enhance team performance and problem-solving.
- Oversee visitors on campus, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and trauma-informed care throughout the organization.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum age of 21 with a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least three years of experience in youth social services and crisis management.
- Strong understanding of child development, trauma-informed care, and de-escalation strategies.
- Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Physical ability to actively engage with youth, including standing, sitting, twisting, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
