Hours & Shifts: 2nd shift
Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

About the Role
As a DSP Coordinator, you will plan, organize, and coordinate the daily operations and activities of a supported living site. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Direct Support Professionals, while encouraging community inclusion, person-centered support, and health and wellness for people supported by LADD.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential setting
- Participate in service planning and coordination for people with disabilities living in the residential setting
- Supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals
- Act as a community and family liaison for the site
- Commit to being part of a team that creates and sustains a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture
Candidate Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- A required minimum of two years in direct service for people with developmental disabilities
- Current and valid driver’s license (with fewer than 6 points) and vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass a background check (includes physical and a drug screen, and criminal check)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
