We are looking for a dedicated HVAC service professional to join our team!

We are seeking a skilled technician to take on a dual role as a service technician and manager. This position requires a strong technical background in HVAC systems, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team of technicians.
As a technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills to tackle the various issues that may arise. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible. You will be supported by the best distributor service department in Kansas city.
As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively. You will need strong leadership skills to motivate and guide your team, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with customers and other team members.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, as well as a valid HVAC technician certification.
