About Us: Ladder Health, an innovative virtual care platform built alongside clinicians at Boston Children's Hospital, serves as an end-to-end developmental partner for children (0-6 years old) with developmental delays. Ladder offers an alternative to waitlisted state-based programs or private pay practices, guiding families through our developmental screener, clinical evaluations, and comprehensive virtual care with specialized therapists (PT, OT, SLP). Our platform supports a coordinated care plan with resources, HIPAA-compliant messaging, and integration with pediatric care teams, primarily monetized through Fee-for-Service (FFS) therapy revenues. Ladder partners with pediatricians and community organizations to improve access and quality of care for families.
The Role: Ladder Health is expanding its services in Massachusetts and seeking motivated, community-oriented business development leaders to build and foster strategic partnerships. This role focuses on developing referral relationships with local pediatricians, healthcare providers, educational centers, and social service agencies to ensure that families in the community can access high-quality early intervention services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with local pediatricians, clinics, educational centers, and social service organizations through targeted outreach and community engagement.
- Educational Presentations: Conduct impactful in-service presentations and workshops tailored to each partner type to educate on Ladder’s offerings, developmental milestones, and referral processes.
- Customized Engagement Plans: Create and execute partner-specific engagement strategies to align with the goals of pediatric providers, educators, and social services.
- Resource Distribution: Provide partners with developmental screening tools, educational resources, and clear referral guidelines to facilitate timely identification and referrals.
- Community Outreach: Participate in local health fairs, community events, and informational sessions to strengthen community presence and relationships.
- Feedback and Adaptation: Collect feedback from partners, address challenges, and work collaboratively to refine the referral and service processes for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to develop materials and systems that support partner engagement and make integration seamless.
- CRM Management: Track and document partner interactions and progress in the company CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 3 years in business development or partnership roles, preferably in pediatric healthcare, early childhood education, or community services.
- Community Network: Existing strong connections within local healthcare, education, and social service networks.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities for training and educational outreach.
- Innovative and Adaptive: Comfortable testing new outreach tactics and adjusting strategies based on partner feedback.
- CRM Proficiency: Experienced in using CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
- Passionate About Pediatric Healthcare: Demonstrated commitment to improving access to developmental care.
