Licensed Architect
Laderach North America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensed Architect who will play a key role responsible for overseeing the design, documentation, and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction. This position requires a blend of design expertise, technical knowledge, and project management skills to deliver high-quality projects while maintaining internal relationships and managing team coordination. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional capable of leading small to mid-size retail projects ensuring projects are completed on time. This role will report directly to the Retail Development Manager and is a full-time in-office position based in the Dallas, Texas Corporate Office.

- You have proven ability to work with outside consultants, clients and team members
- You have strong attention to detail
- You can provide team leadership from project conception to completion
- You can manage multiple projects ensuring deliverables are accurate and deadlines are met
- You can review project submittals and ensure codes are reviewed and followed
- You can coordinate bids and work with consultants
- Ability to source and manage MEP engineers for CD completion
- You can participate in meetings with clients, contractors, city employees and other stakeholders
- You can develop written specifications and finish schedules, tracking and updating selections as needed.
- You can provide support during construction, ensuring the design intent is maintained and resolving field issues.
- You can attend project site meetings to review progress and address any discrepancies.
- You can prepare and track architectural punch lists at substantial completion.
