Duties:
- Perform daily cleaning of office areas, restrooms, and breakrooms (9,050 sq. ft. carpet, 1,664 sq. ft. linoleum).
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring restocking of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Empty and clean all waste containers.
- Conduct periodic carpet cleaning (annually) and floor strip and waxing (twice annually).
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning twice annually.
- Report any maintenance issues, biohazard materials, or security concerns to management.
Requirements:
- Experience in janitorial or facility cleaning services.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment (vacuums, buffers, mops).
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts (6 PM – 6 AM).
