Social Worker

• Use available resources and client assessments to decide on services and referrals.
• Include assessment, referral, case management, psychoeducation, and therapeutic interventions.
• Offer individual, family, and group psychotherapy for serious medical and mental health issues.
•  Make referrals to external agencies, community resources, or government services.
•  Use methods and techniques to help clients address their problems effectively.
• Monitor client progress provides follow-up after referral, and adjusts treatment plans if needed.
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation and ensures accurate diagnosis and treatment.

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience providing mental health services is required.
• A master’s degree in social Work granted by a graduate program fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• Valid State LCSW License or State equivalent is required for the Mental Health contract positions.
• Skill and efficiency in use of Microsoft Office package.
• Prior social work experience preferably working in a health-related setting.
