- Accurately record and transcribe Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) virtual hearings for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
- Deliver high-quality, verbatim transcripts in electronic / PDF format with mini-scripts within 10 business days post-hearing.
- Maintain compliance with federal guidelines, including IRS privacy and security protocols for sensitive information.
- Ensure all transcripts meet the standards specified in the contract and maintain proper formatting and accuracy.
- Collaborate with hearing participants to resolve speaker identification or technical challenges during proceedings.
