The Ladue Police Department is seeking motivated, hardworking applicants to fill the position of full-time police officer. Previous experience and/or graduate of an accredited police academy preferred by not required.
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
· 21 years of age at time of appointment
· Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent
· Able to obtain Missouri POST class "A"
Lateral transfers who possess or qualify for a State of Missouri POST class "A" certification will be evaluated in conjunction with their education/work experience. Visit the Missouri POST website for additional information.
· Selected applicants must also pass a comprehensive written exam, polygraph exam, psychological exam and medical exam.
· Applicants will also undergo a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening.
