What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Services Supervisor (Full Time) position at Lady Luck Nemacolin?
NOTE: In order to work at a casino in the state of PA, you will be required to apply for and obtain a valid PA Gaming License. Candidates who accept an offer of employment will meet with the Human Resources team who will guide them through the licensing process.
A Cash Services Supervisor has the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for operation of the Cage Player's club during a given shift
- Supervises the Main Bank Cashier and the Cage Cashier/Player's Club Clerk(s) during the assigned shift and evaluates employees on job performance
- Authorizes and issues complimentary services to patrons following the approved Complimentary Matrix
- Maintains strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and employee and guest information
- Understands computer applications and transactions related to Cage, including but not limited to: marker, front money, and safekeeping activities, Oasis, Ultipro, & self-exclusion/exclusion searching and display
- Ensures all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, federal regulations (Title 31 compliance) are being followed
- Ensures the security of all casino funds
- Understands transferring of currency and coin from the count room to the Vault and all aspects of TRM and ATM systems. Evaluates the need for coin and currency in TRMs and ATM's, prepares the funds required for the replenishment of TRMs and ATMs. Issuance, receipt, and accountability of funds to and from TRMs and ATMs and preparation of related documentation. Able to perform the TRM and ATM drop and fill process in the absence of the count room staff
