What are the responsibilities and job description for the Table Games Supervisor/Table Games Assistant Shift Manager position at Lady Luck Nemacolin?
NOTE: In order to work at a casino in the state of PA, you will be required to apply for and obtain a valid PA Gaming License. Candidates who accept an offer of employment will meet with the Human Resources team who will guide them through the licensing process.
- Oversees table games in an assigned area and on shift
- Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons
- Supervises the Dealer(s) and the Pit Clerk(s)
- Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training
- Ensures that customers behave properly and protects games personnel
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Must make sound and ethical judgments
- Analyze customers play; cheating scams, counters, and unusual or suspicious variations of play
- Leads and directs the work of others using a certain degree of constructive and positive feedback
- Comply with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations
- Working knowledge of Oasis systems
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
