Position: FULL-TIME MT/MLT in Laboratory Purpose: Perform the duties of a Medical Technologist following state and federal laws and hospital policies.

- BS or Associate Degree in Medical Technology, or required experience as acceptable under CLIA'88.
- Registry by an accredited agency.
- Current Louisiana License.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Current CPR certification (and re-certified annually).
- Able to work all shifts.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Possesses positive customer service skills.
- Employee will be lifting and carrying up to 10% of the day.
- Employee will be sitting 10% of the day.
- Employee will be standing and walking 45% of the day.
- Employee will be twisting, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and bending 25% of the day.
- Employee will be reaching at or above shoulder level 10% of the day.
