ABOUT THE ROLE
The Holcim Building Envelope Corporate Communications team is responsible for protecting and promoting the HBE reputation in alignment with Holcim Group. We are communications consultants, brand stewards, and storytellers, and we identify, source, create, and shape Holcim Building Envelope messaging and content for various channels.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Supporting corporate communications strategy and initiatives across a diverse portfolio of building materials brands and product lines.
- Serving as an internal journalist and storyteller, proactively seeking out opportunities to tell the story of HBE and its brands.
- Developing and producing engaging written content and creative visual / multimedia assets for internal and external audiences.
- Executing HBE social media strategy and creating compelling social media content.
- Drafting executive posts for major initiatives and milestones.
- Ensuring messaging consistency across the organization, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Creating content for company-wide emails, newsletters, and intranet.
- Partnering in day-to-day PR activities with our agency.
- Working alongside marketing, branding, and events teams to stay aware of relevant trends.
- Measuring relevant key performance indicators for content and assets.
