QA Manager / Certified Welding Inspector
Pay Range : $95k - $115k DOE
Shift : M-F, 7am to 3 : 30pm
The QA Manager / Certified Welding Inspector supports both Production and Administration to facilitate the movement of jobs and material within lead time and to Quality Standards.
QA Manager Responsibilities :
Manage Company Quality System (fully digital documents)
- Welder Certs
- NCRs, CARs, NOEs
- Internal Audits
- Inspection
- Part Records, WPS, Routings
Prepare and Lead Company Audits

Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to Shop / Industrial environment. Frequently used PPE in this position is : Ear protection, dust masks, respirators, gloves, and safety glasses.

Supervisory Responsibilities : This position has 1 direct report- CWA
Education and / or Experience : High school diploma or GED. Three or more years' work experience, one year's experience in a similar role working within guidelines of a Quality Management System
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations : CWI, Certified Welding Inspector.
Eligible to work on ITAR projects (lawful permanent resident of the United States as defined by 8 U.S.C.)
Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of typing, Windows, Microsoft Office, website navigation, and ERP.
