Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Partner with Digital Marketing Agency on developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee paid and organic digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Optimize marketing automation and personalization initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
- Drive performance marketing efforts to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
CRM & Customer Engagement
Lead CRM strategy to improve customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Customer Journey Development & Optimization
Design and implement customer journey maps across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Data Analytics & Performance Measurement
Utilize data analytics and customer insights to drive decision-making.
Leadership & Team Development
