Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a law office is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
