Basketball Radio Sports Announcer
Lafayette Broadcasting Company has an immediate opening for a High School Basketball Radio Sports Announcer. This job does require someone local to travel to each game to do a live broadcast.
Sports Announcer Duties and Responsibilities:
· Knowledge of the sport & teams that are playing.
· The ability of offer commentary on the game.
· The ability to quickly summarize what’s happening during the game.
· Must be able to use/learn various pieces of technological equipment.
· Must have a clear/pleasant speaking voice.
Work Schedule
Sports Announcers must have the availability to cover all games which includes driving to away games.'
