We are currently seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team who shares our commitment to excellence and has a passion for helping others succeed. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing all transactions for members, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and transfers.
- Providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of all transactions such as opening of new checking/savings accounts, direct deposits, ATM cards, CD/IRA/Money Markets.
- Cross-selling and promoting Credit Union products and services.
We offer a competitive salary range of $38,662 - $45,000 annually (or $18.69 - 21.63/hr) depending on experience and qualifications.
