LaFayette Ford is looking for experienced, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to fill open Sales Professional positions. Our dealership’s hours are 9am-8pm Monday – Friday and 9am- 6pm on Saturdays, with multiple shifts available. Some evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities:
- Learn about Ford and Lincoln Vehicles to become one of our product experts
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new vehicles and technology
- Perform vehicle demonstrations of features and technology
- Respond to customers inquires via social media, phone, email, etc.
- Have meaningful conversations with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Serve as a resource for our customers when they have questions about vehicles, products, or services
- Help customers navigate the car buying process and be there to support them after the sale
- Work with Sales Managers and Finance Department to ensure customers have a seamless car buying experience
Qualifications:
- Career-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate ability to learn web applications for customer management
- Able to frequently move around the dealership facilities and the outdoor lot to interact with customers and other departments
- Valid Driver’s License and minimum 3 years of driving experience
- 2 years of prior sales experience of any kind
