Lafayette Group is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Knowledge Management (KM) Consultant to play a crucial role in executing a KM strategy and governance framework across our client's SharePoint products and Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Tasks include working with clients to gather KM project requirements, executing KM initiatives and deliverables, and developing KM implementation strategies with clear timelines. The role also involves providing project status updates, leveraging analytics tools to design and deliver solutions, and developing, monitoring, and reviewing actionable metrics, dashboards, and analytics products that enable data-informed decisions.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Execute a KM strategy and establish and maintain KM governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure efficient knowledge capture
- Support various KM efforts including managing program documentation and improving document standardization
- Develop reports, presentations, and KM artifacts to communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to clients
- Oversee KM content curation, KM artifact development, and KM deliverable lifecycle management to improve accessibility and retrieval of critical information
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to map, define, and review business processes, identifying gaps in knowledge assets and processes
- Leverage SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and other KM tools to support client knowledge and information needs
- Provide ongoing support to clients by performing in-depth data analysis and communicate key insights from dashboards
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Salary Range : $75,000 - $95,000
