What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Review Assistant position at Lafayette Home Office?
The Quality Review Assistant is responsible for assisting Quality Review Specialists in processing of assessments that fall within the limited review pattern which do not require review of the OASIS and Plan of Care. Workflow Support Specialist may also assist Quality Review Specialists in other workflow and/or application tasks as needed during their workday.
- Work within HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) to process the appropriate workflow tasks for assigned assessments.
- Assist with additional appropriate HCHB workflow in which employee has been deemed competent as needed.
- Assist with chart reviews for condition level surveys as needed if individual’s licensure allows.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
- 1 year Home Health or other health care experience is preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma at minimum
Skill Requirements
- Strong computer skills with proven ability to use or quickly learn Microsoft Office 365 and HCHB.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to attend to tasks for long periods of time with minimal interruption
- Flexibility in learning other tasks in other computer-based applications used within Quality Review Department.
