The Travel Home Health Nurse (RN) provides high-quality in-home health care as a full-time employee to our patients in agencies across 38 states, from California to New York. Responsibilities include but are not limited to[HW1] :
Initiates, develops, implements and makes necessary revisions to the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professional's involved in care.
