Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture and decorations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with event management teams to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Handle conflict management effectively, resolving any issues that may arise during events.
- Engage in public speaking as needed to make announcements or provide information to guests.
Skills
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
- Knowledge of events management principles is a plus.
- Excellent conflict management skills to address guest concerns professionally.
- Experience in food service or hospitality environments is beneficial.
