What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Lafayette Limo?
Looking for one part- time and one full-time Office assistant. Duties would include answering customer calls and emails for reservations, changes, general questions, customer service issues. Employees are also required to help with filing, driver paperwork, light cleaning of office area, counting money, typing up memos, and other small office jobs.
On the job training is provided, but customer service and office experience is helpful.
Shifts available are 1pm-9pm and 4pm-11pm must be available at least 2 weekends per month.
Entry level position starting at $10 per hour. Wages can be negotiable with experience and education.
