The Opportunity:We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant with a passion for delivering top-notch healthcare. If you're interested in utilizing evidence-based treatments and working alongside experienced Physical Therapists to help restore our patients' health and quality of life, then we are looking for you.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist in the implementation of individualized therapy programs as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Observe patients before, during, and after therapy, noting patients' status and reporting to a Physical Therapist.
- Help patients do specific exercises as part of the plan of care.
- Use technology and equipment to assist with therapy.
- Communicate with patients and their families regarding therapy goals and progress.
- Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant license. (Or Pending)
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Orthopedic and Geriatric experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- 2-3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
- Experience in out-patient physical therapy setting.
- Experience with Neurological cases.
- Experience with electronic health records and digital documentation.
- Strong team focused on helping our community get back to health!

- Schedule Flexibility
- 3 weeks/Year Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual years 1-3 (With status of Part Time 30 hours per week and Full Time 35 hours per week)
- 4 weeks/Year Paid Time Off (PTO) upon completion of the 3rd year for Full Time 35 hours per week, and 5th year for Part Time 30 hours per week.
