This role is responsible for creating user-friendly, visually engaging digital interfaces while ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms. The position involves designing and developing digital experiences, as well as contributing to the creation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of seamlessly blending design, technology, and marketing to enhance brand impact.
- Design, build, and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Ensure digital interfaces are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance and SEO.
- Apply UX / UI best practices to enhance site navigation and user engagement.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding, messaging, and promotional materials.
- Assist with cost analysis to ensure effective budget management for marketing projects.
- Participate in marketing events and community engagement activities.
- Support social media branding, graphics, and content creation across various platforms.
- Produce videos, animations, and multimedia content for digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Adhere to and support LAFCU's DEI & J initiatives to foster a fair and equitable workplace.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) for professional-grade design and production.
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry certifications.
