We are looking for a Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at two of our locations. Whether you have experience or are new to the field, if you're a hard-working, motivated individual with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you! We will train the right person to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the orthodontist during patient exams and procedures
- Take X-rays, impressions, and other diagnostic records
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, care instructions, and orthodontic procedures
- Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent customer service
- Manage patient records and schedules
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required—we will train the right person!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and caring attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
