We are seeking a highly skilled professional with in-depth expertise in Acumatica platform development, including proficiency in form development, no-code / low-code customization, background jobs, multitenancy, data analysis, and audit. The ideal candidate should be adept at leveraging the Acumatica xRP framework to create robust and efficient solutions.
Requirements : Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and develop prototypes to address complex challenges within and beyond Acumatica ERP modules.
- Efficiently maintain and enhance existing solutions to meet evolving business needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Create sophisticated Acumatica ERP customizations using the Acumatica xRP framework and the Acumatica Customization Platform.
- Produce clear, concise, and well-structured documentation, utilizing appropriate technical vocabulary, grammar, and syntax.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of complex software system principles and design, including ERP, Financial, Supply Chain, E-commerce, CRM, or other related business management software.
- Actively collaborate with various teams and support engineers, effectively addressing and solving issues, and integrating product feedback.
- Provide architectural designs and strategic guidance to junior team members.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and foster a learning environment.
- Rapidly identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
