CFS Technologies is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in North Little Rock, AR. This position requires physical presence at our office in North Little Rock; AR. Remote work options are not available for this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with department leaders to evaluate current systems and processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend scalable technology solutions.
- Serve as a systems administrator and internal consultant for core business platforms, ensuring they are secure, well-maintained, and effectively used.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Support data migration, data integrity, and system hygiene efforts across business applications.
- Facilitate communication and project coordination between internal teams and external vendors or technology partners.
- Design and document workflows, standard operating procedures, and training materials to drive adoption and operational consistency.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives involving automation, data integration (ETL, EDI, API), and business intelligence.
- Monitor and maintain middleware and integration platforms to ensure reliable and secure data flow between systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a systems analyst, business analyst, or application support role within a business or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of core business functions such as finance, operations, and supply chain management.
- Experience with reporting tools and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Velixo, or similar).
- Familiarity with data integration and middleware platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or comparable tools).
- Working knowledge of data imports/exports, SQL, and API-based integration concepts.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or administering ERP or core business applications.
- Background in managing third-party vendors and software partners.
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms and SaaS tools.
- Understanding of EDI standards (e.g., X12) and use in B2B transactions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The work performed is conducted in a climate-controlled facility.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
