CFS Technologies is seeking a results-driven Data Analyst to play a critical role supporting strategic decision-making through real-time analytics and dashboards focused on customer, product, market, and margin insights. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, technically adept, and a strong communicator with a passion for enabling data-driven decisions across the enterprise.
This position requires physical presence at our office in North Little Rock, AR. Remote work options are not available for this role.
Requirements:- Build and refine advanced dashboards focused on product, customer, and margin performance.
- Develop self-service reporting tools to support Sales, FP&A, and leadership teams with on-demand visibility into KPIs.
- Translate business questions into analytical models and visualizations; highlight trends, outliers, and actionable insights.
- Monitor data quality over time and enforce governance standards (naming conventions, required fields, data validation).
- Partner with business users to improve report usability, drive adoption, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support quarterly re-forecasts and annual budget cycles with scenario modeling and detailed analytics.
- Drive automation of routine reporting tasks, increasing efficiency and reducing manual input.
- Help maintain the integrity of our commercial data warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
- Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, report development, dataflows).
- Solid knowledge of Excel and SQL (T-SQL or similar), with a strong understanding of relational data structures.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data (EBITDA, gross/contribution margin, etc.).
- Clear communicator with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, B2B distribution, or industrial environment.
- Understanding of ERP/CRM data flows (Acumatica and Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with private equity reporting requirements and/or exit readiness processes.
- Background in FP&A, sales operations, or commercial finance.
