Because of our unprecedented growth, we’re looking for an Assistant Office Manager that’s smart and can do a lot of different things.

· You are a great communicator: written, text, informal presentations, phone and in person. People enjoy working with you.
· You can make things happen. When you say it’s taken care of, IT IS.
What You Will Do
· Accounts Payables
· Inventory control
· Posting received products by serial
· Communicate with sales staff of merchandise received
· Work with purchasing agents
· Finding solutions to problems
· Customer relations, answering of issues.
