We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to join our team as a Real Estate Office Manager. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the office, reporting directly to the Regional VP, and ensure that every transaction progresses smoothly. The Real Estate Office Manager must stay informed about the latest trends in the real estate market and construction industry to ensure the office remains competitive.
As the Real Estate Office Manager, you will lead, coach, mentor, recruit, and train both our sales team and office staff. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential and finds intrinsic fulfillment in developing and supporting people.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Principal and Regional Brokers to manage and grow the real estate brokerage. You will be responsible for streamlining processes to reduce operational costs and enhance efficiency, all while providing guidance, leadership, and support to the team. We are looking for a strong, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and an inspiring leadership style to drive the success of our office.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
