Key Responsibilities
Course Development
- Create engaging e-learning courses, interactive learning activities, workshops, and other training materials tailored to various departments and roles within the company.
- Apply instructional design theories and best practices to maximize learning effectiveness.
- Design and develop learning materials including videos, simulations, and assessments.
- Manage projects and maintain course documentation.
Evaluation and Improvement
- Evaluate and update existing training content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Contribute to the maintenance of LaForce’s learning management system (LMS).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft365 (e.g. SharePoint) and video editing software (e.g. Camtasia, Adobe Premiere).
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Familiarity with HTML5, SCORM, and basic web technologies.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g. Learn365) and course authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, H5P).
- Background in corporate training or adult education.
