As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping both our internal and external messaging, coordinating corporate events, and driving our marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact at a company serving the thriving commercial construction industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Create Engaging Content: Develop consistent and impactful messaging across various platforms, including press releases, blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social media, website content, and more.
- Coordinate Events: Organize tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events such as golf outings, tailgates, and holiday parties.
- Social Media Strategy: Define and manage our social media content calendar, monitor analytics, and drive engagement.
- Collaborate: Partner with sales teams to identify potential market segments and work with our Volunteer Committee to promote community events.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in media relations or public relations, with strong copywriting skills (please provide 2-3 writing samples).
- Excellent communication, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel (graphic design skills are a plus).
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented personality with a knack for creativity.
