Ability to Travel is required in the Massachusetts South Coast Area.
(Must be willing to travel between multiple locations, Westport is the Corporate Office Location)

Assumes all responsibilities, up to and including General Manager, for each hotel property as assigned.
Provides support by mentoring, coaching, counseling, team building and evaluating performance, etc.
Daily/weekly monitoring of all hotel operations, at assigned location

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assumes all responsibilities, up to and including General Manager, for each hotel property as assigned.
Provides support by mentoring, coaching, counseling, team building and evaluating performance, etc.
Daily/weekly monitoring of all hotel operations, at assigned location
- Performs weekly/monthly review of financial reports
- Participates in the Revenue Management process for assigned hotel
- Assures compliance with human resources policies and procedures
- Represents the organization by participating in the business community
- Assists in further developing management company
- Supports new General Managers by providing training and onboarding as assigned throughout the entire Lafrance Hospitality portfolio
Requirements
- Ability to be mobile and relocated to properties as assigned
- Solid knowledge, however obtained, of the hotel industry
- Sound general business acumen to assist in the development of the whole company
- Sound managerial and team-building skills to effectively lead an employee group
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, to communicate with vendors, employees, and others in furtherance of the business goals and objectives
