We are seeking to add an experienced hospitality leader to our award-winning Courtyard by Marriott team.
We are currently looking to fill the position of Assistant General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott, Littleton, MA.
As the Assistant General Manager, you will collaborate closely with our General Manager and leadership team to ensure the seamless operation of the property, including both the hotel and the hotel bistro. This role requires a proactive approach to managing all departments within the hotel to deliver outstanding guest service while upholding the highest standards of excellence.
Qualifications and Required Experience :
- A minimum of 1- 3 years of directly related experience in hotel with a strong emphasis on guest services.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
