Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take on a key role in expanding LaFynk’s business footprint. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing clients, and contributing to the growth and strategy of the agency. This is a commission-based role, offering uncapped earning potential based on the revenue you bring into the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities in the entertainment, PR, and brand development sectors.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and consistent communication.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline by leveraging industry contacts, strategic outreach, and referral networks.
• Negotiation: Navigate complex negotiations and close deals that align with LaFynk’s growth objectives and ethical standards.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and create opportunities for collaboration with complementary companies, agencies, and brands.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify key opportunities for expansion and present innovative approaches to business growth.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within the entertainment, PR, or creative industries.

- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the entertainment or PR landscape is preferred.

Compensation:
