Sales Representative/Social Media Manager
Lag Beauty is home to four different, exclusive hair brands. Specializing in a variety of hair treatments and hair care products distributed nationally, and internationally.
This position will provide high-level experience and professional growth to a passionate business/marketing student, specifically in the beauty industry.
We are looking for a Professional, Customer Service/Sales Rep and Social Media Manager; that is an enthusiastic, friendly, creative, and motivated person to work at the reception front desk. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service, sales, social media, and communication skills.
This position will be at our main office in Hialeah, FL. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.
Requirements:
Customer Service, Sales, Social Media experience
Bilingual
Beauty Industry experience is a plus
Blogging, marketing, and social media postings
Skilled in creative, clever copywriting - Specifically with social media caption-writing
Outgoing Team Player
Detail Oriented & Goal-Driven
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Office software experience
Business or Marketing related major
Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication and customer service.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and trends.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive e-commerce initiatives and promotions.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
