Lagcoe is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the energy industry through education, innovation, workforce development, and global initiatives. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Executive Director and team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and multitasking skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, maintain supplies, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Executive Director and staff.
  • Visitor & Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Event & Program Support: Assist in planning and executing Lagcoe’s key events, including logistical coordination and registration.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation; maintain records and files.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
