We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Executive Director and team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and multitasking skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, maintain supplies, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Executive Director and staff.
- Visitor & Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Event & Program Support: Assist in planning and executing Lagcoe’s key events, including logistical coordination and registration.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation; maintain records and files.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
