We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a maintenance personnel. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist the Head and lead Maintenance in executing maintenance activities across all facilities.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues reported by guests or property management staff in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory levels.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, maintenance tools, and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of guests, staff, and properties.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall operation of short-term rental properties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and vendors.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
