PASTRY ASSISTANT / BAKER
We are looking for folks with strong motivation, open-mindedness, great attitude, and experience in baking. The right candidate should someexperience in baking and work efficiently in a small fast-paced environment.
*Viennoiserie experience is A PLUS*
YOUR DAY AT LAGNIAPPE
- Make sure all products are of the best quality; we only work with high-quality ingredients and it is your job to notice the details.
- Baking and pastry production following our recipes
- Consistent communication with the front-of-house team and other colleagues.
- Keeping the environment around you clean and safe.
- Keeping track of the stock and informing the right colleagues if anything is low/missing.
- Being part of creating a safe and pleasant environment for the team - we will spend a lot of time *closely* together!
