Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Lagniappe’s recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all dishes are served on time, maintaining portion and presentation consistency.
- Set up, stock, and maintain workstation with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to handle orders efficiently.
- Monitor food inventory and communicate shortages or issues to management.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including prep work and cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year prior experience in high volume kitchens
