Job Summary:
We are seeking a Part-time Beer Server Employee to join our team at Lagoon Corporation, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various duties in accordance with our company policies and procedures.
The Beer Server Employee will prepare and serve food and alcohol to our guests while maintaining proper sanitation procedures to keep a clean and orderly work area.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with bussing tables, handling dirty dishes, and general cleaning duties.
This is a seasonal position, requiring employees to work during specific seasons and periods of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pour and serve alcohol to Lagoon guests in accordance with our Responsible Alcohol Service Plan.
- Take guest orders at food locations and handle cash transactions, operating a cash register and credit card machine.
- Obtain a valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Seller-Server Certification and adhere to all relevant State and Federal guidelines.
- Obtain a valid Davis County Food Handler's Permit and follow food and safety guidelines as outlined by the Davis County Department of Environmental Health.
Requirements:
- Able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours.
- Meet physical demands of the job.
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications and permits.
