Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, embodying the "Aloha Spirit" in every interaction.
- Provide detailed information about available services, activities, and events to enhance guests' experiences.
- Coordinate and book activities, ensuring smooth scheduling and accurate reservation management.
- Operate our POS ticketing system for processing payments, issuing tickets, and handling transactions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the guest services desk and activity booking area.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and execution of services.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations and guest services.
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
- Assist with park cleanliness by picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, and rearranging park furniture as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- A positive, upbeat attitude and strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle POS ticketing systems and other relevant technology.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to work outside in the heat during summer.
- Comfortable working in a team and coordinating activities efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
